I found these guys online before visiting their food truck and saw a number of viable meal options including butternut squash tacos, chicken salad, the chicken walnut wrap, sautéed vegetables in a honey vinegrette and burger sans bun. Overall I’d say it was a good meal with more than I could finish for under $10. Next I’d like to try their squash soft tacos.
