Greek Festival, San Diego, CA

A friend of mine reminded me about the annual Greek Festival held in hillcrest by the Greek Orthodox Church.  This was their 48th year for holding the Greek festival.  Between 11-1 admission is free and they have a wide variety of pasteries, kabob, dolmades, spanakoptia, greek wine and beer.  Other tents sold Greek clothes, necklaces, jewelry and hanging accessories.  The center tent played live music where people danced in the afternoon.  Overall very fun and worth a visit.

Date destination? Yes, super fun and plenty to discuss and watch.
