I found these guys online before visiting their food truck and saw a number of viable meal options including butternut squash tacos, chicken salad, the chicken walnut wrap, sautéed vegetables in a honey vinegrette and burger sans bun. I ended up with the chicken cran berry and walnut wrap with side salad. It had a lime based dressing on the salad which was both light and creamy. Overall I’d say it was a good meal with more than I could finish for under $10. Next I’d like to try their squash soft tacos.

Their salads are light, flavorful, with a lot of different textures and flavors without feeling heavy. I’ll be back here. The chef even came to each table and talked to us about his food and how he prepared it. Want a salad that is light and you’re not adding a ton of fat to? This is a great place to go for dinner or lunch.
Date destination? Maybe, not the nicest looking atmosphere but the food is great.
