Real Cheddar cheese. That is the main difference between Palio’s pizza and other popular chains. You can really taste the cheddar cheese on these pizzas. I’ve tried their gluten free as well as regular thin crust pizzas and I’ve gotten the Meat and Cheese specialty pizzas each time. Both were delicious, and the gluten free was a good alternative for those watching their gluten content. I also stopped in one time and tried their salad. It was full of chicken, cheese, tortilla strips, peppers, tomatoes with a side of ranch and BBQ dressing. I like this place over the more common pizza restaurant chains. Gluten free pizzas tend to be around $12-15, many pizzas range from $10-20 range.
